✅ Return Conditions:

- Item must be unused and unwashed

- Original tags must be attached

- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

🔄 Exchange Policy:

- Exchange available for wrong size or defective items

💰 Refund Policy:

- Refund will be processed within 5-7 working days

- Refund will be made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash

- COD orders: refund via Easypaisa/JazzCash only

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

- Sale items cannot be returned

- Items damaged due to customer misuse cannot be returned
